He holds a double major in Business Law and Business Management, and began his career in corporate law with an international legal firm, advising on commercial transactions and governance.
Over the years, Hamza has built a strong track record in real estate investment, with particular expertise in real estate investment trusts (REITs). He has been actively involved in the Asian REIT market, especially Singapore, where he manages a diversified portfolio and closely follows regulatory, financial, and operational trends in the sector.
